- 500 g of beef 
- 1 liter of water 
- 3 parts galangal, wound 
- 4 bay leaves 
- 5 pieces of lime leaves 
- 3 lemongrass stalks, chopped 
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar 
- 2 tsp sugar 
- 2 tsp salt 
- 1 teaspoon of powdered dish 
- 2 stalks of chopped green onions

- 6 red onions 
- 4 cloves of garlic 
- 1 teaspoon of pepper 
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of grilled cilantro 
- 2 parts of turmeric 
- 1 part kencur 
- 2 pieces of ginger 
- 5 kluwak seeds

- 50 gr of small sprouted beans 
- chili sauce

How to: 

  1. Heat the oil, fry the ground spices until fragrant, add all the spices except the first ribs and water, stir briefly, add the first ribs, stir until the ribs change color. Transfer the ribs to the mixture of spices in a saucepan, add water, cook rawon until the ribs are soft and the sauce has reduced a little, the taste, remove it from the fire.
